Patience, Care, Compassion and Wellness through Homeopathy and Ortho Bionomy

Homeopathy is holistic medicine; the 2nd most utilized medical form in the world; has existed for 200+ years, and is based on individualizing treatment, working on the fundamental belief of: "let likes be treated by likes". This universal law has been recognized for several centuries or more and has been basis of many holistic modalities. The other distinguishing characteristic of Homeopathy is potentized remedies of which I will describe below.

So what does "Like cures Like" mean? This means prior to a labeling of a disease there are signs and symptoms we consider as immune responses; to an internal imbalance; that may be utilized for the Homeopathic treatment of the individual, long before a labeled disease exists. As a Homeopath, we use these individualizing symptoms and choose a remedy/ medicine that closely resembles the majority of these symptoms. We then prescribe the remedy/medicine in a infinite dose, to stimulate/mimic the individuals natural immune response. This stimulation of the immune system aides the immune system as it tries to restore balance. Here is an example:

Most of us have peeled an Onion and note that our eyes and nose produce excessive coryza, this fluid may sting or even redden the skin. The running of eyes and nose are an immune Response to the Onion. So a remedy made from Onion; Allium Cepa;  would be employed to treat a type of "cold" in which the symptoms were similar to peeling an Onion. This remedy stimulates the immune system in the same direction as it is expressing and thus the symptoms are neutralized. Thus the Universal law "Let likes be treated by Likes".

APIS: made from the honey bee can reduce swellings where the area is red, hot & aggravated by heat or touch. Pain is burning sticking or prickling & come on rapidly causing the patient to cry out in pain.

What are potentized remedies? To fully understand, we need to recognize how any substance works.
    ~A substance in its raw form: Other than the food we eat, many substances are toxic or poisonous to mankind or animals 
    ~A substance slightly reduced to a medical form: is suppressive ie: anti-biotic: meaning opposing action.
    ~A substance greatly reduced to a medical form: such as a Homeopathic remedy: is a stimulant
Homeopathic remedies are greatly reduced to a molecular level or even further to an energetic level, and are employed to stimulate the persons immune system. Molecular and energetic sciences can now be studied within Quantum Physics.

Who can benefit from Homeopathic treatment?

Homeopathy can be used to treat human and animals, for both acute and chronic diseases. From acute illness such as wounds that are taking too long to heal, surgery, to mental illness or emotional upsets and depression to neurological disorders, immune disorders and more serious diseases.  We hope to discover the chronology of events and illness and to make a prescription based on the entire mental emotional and physical nature of the individual. We must remember, Homeopathy is holistic medicine and treats the whole person, it is not the part that is sick, it is the person.
